• A list of pre-defined Target Companies or Hunting ground.
• A Progress Report to benchmark the quality of the candidates in the early stages of the search and ensuring the final results.
• Competency Based Interviews identifying and verifying the core competencies required.
• A Shortlist of candidates who are presented with a detailed report commenting on the candidate's suitability for the position.
• A Reference Check Report confirming the data on the presented CV as well as previous performance of the candidate.
• A Follow-up to ensure a smooth insertion of the candidate and to make an evaluation of the Clients satisfaction.
